Throughout history we’ve leaned on various forms of community to survive and thrive, even Maslow’s hierarch recognizes that outside of food and safety community is next highest need to be filled. However in our careers we often put this as a low priority, one that gets attention only when there’s extra time. Deep down we all know this is critical for our success, but it’s hard to find. This is the world of “simple” but not “easy” by any stretch!
